You have to request your luggage tags be mailed no later than 11 days prior to your cruise. Luggage tags will be available upon arrival at the pier for guest with a guaranty stateroom or for guests who do not submit a request at least 11 days prior to sailing.

Celebrity Cruise Line gives free drink packages in the casino if you have reached one of their tier levels, or if you are comped through URComped. 
Celebrity does require players to be playing in the casino to receive the drink comps.

Sapphire Tier Level- 100,000 pts. = Classic Drink Package 

Sapphire Plus Tier Level- 500,000 pts. = Premium Drink Package

Ruby Tier Level- 1,000,000 pts. = Premium Drink Package

Smoking is not permitted in the casinos, although it’s allowed in designated outdoor areas.

Smoking with cigarette, cigar, e-cigarette and pipe smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas of the starboard side of all ships; with the exception of Oasis-class ships that will allow smoking on the port side of the ships. To assist in locating areas where smoking is permitted, guests will find visible signage posted within all smoking areas and ashtrays that are provided for use. Outdoor areas near restricted areas, food venues, and kids play areas and pools will not allow smoking. On Oasis-class, smoking is not permitted in Central Park or the Boardwalk neighborhoods.

Tier Points:
- Simply insert/tap or present your SeaPass® as you play in Fortunes Casino. You have 18 months to play and earn your tier status.
- The current earning period which started January 1, 2020, has been extended to July 31, 2024.

Royal Caribbean and Celebrity Cruise Line will wire winnings of $9,000+ value to your bank. To wire the money, you need to bring your $9,000+ cash to the cage along with your bank account details (checks routing, account number, etc). This way you avoid the stress of carrying that much cash on you as well as having to deal with travel limits and reporting.

Yes, Always Included will begin on November 17th, 2020. Note, that it is not included with all casino reservations. Certain criteria must be met for it to come with your reservation. 

It is Celebrity's new pricing strategy, which includes three amenities (Tips, Surf Wi-Fi and Drinks, Classic Beverage Package) in your cruise fare, with the ability to upgrade amenities with the purchase of Elevate or Indulge package. Please note that not all guests are eligible to receive the Always Included perks with casino reservations. You must meet the criteria set by Celebrity. 

Yes, the fees are waived in the casino when you book through URComped.
If you happen to run into any issues with that, please speak with the casino host onboard and they should be able to update your reservation to remove the fee.

Digital-Only offers are select casino offers issued through Royal Caribbean’s Club Royale and Celebrity Cruises’ Blue Chip Club. They must be claimed online through URComped or through the cruise line’s casino portal.

Digital-Only offers will appear on your URComped offer page alongside your other offers, making them easy to review and book through URComped.
Booking through URComped also comes with an added benefit! You’ll be automatically entered into our Digital Offer drawing, where every two weeks, cruisers win money toward their next Digital-Only Offer booking. 

If you already redeemed your offer directly through Royal Caribbean or Celebrity Cruises, you can still participate. Just notify your URComped host after booking so they can add you to the drawing.
