The service is nice, the staff is always friendly. The food is average what you would expect at a buffet. I've been twice in 3 months they consistently fail at the desserts, lack of selections and bad presentation.

Horrible. The service was bad we wait for 45 minutes to get seated, that's after we waited to get are ticket for the buffet. There was ice cream on the carpet, one customer slipped and almost fell, two hostesses watched her and did nothing, a customer pointed it out the hostesses did nothing finally a customer took some napkins and covered up the ice cream and still the two hostesses did NOTHING. When they took us to the room on the left it was empty NO CUSTOMERS were in there. Yet other people were still waiting. Went to get food the counter for the buffet was slopped with food, the gravy was jelled, they was food floating in see of the sauces, the room had napkins, food and flatware on the floor. Asked an employee for a napkin to dry a plate because they were wet and was told very snottily she had none. One employee actual took her shoe off and adjusted her sock while wearing her gloves, never changed them afterwards. Three employees were behind a half wall talking and on their cell phones. The food was not that good. Even for free I have no desire to go there again. On a scale from one to ten I would not give them a one. I had to give one star to post

We love the buffet and try to go a few times every month. Lots of items to choose from for breakfast and lunch and dinner

This place has to have the worst management in the world. The food at best is mediocre most of the staff is rude because they are tired of being over worked. The wait in line is horrible anytime you come an hour wait at a buffet is unacceptable

There were some nice things but the bacon and polish sausage were too greasy and needed to be drained. It kind of made me sick.

Wet Willows closed, globar closed. Buffet is barely warm. Empty cups and full ashtrays everywhere. Place went completely downhill in like a month.

Service was Aweful here 20 min sitting before we got drinks or silverware no spoons how do u eat soup around here?? This is our third time here n third time I hated it sucky dried out food waiter very slow

Poorly managed. Only had two servers at 9 am. Lots of open tables but still have to wait several minutes to sit. Hostesses very unpleasant.

Breakfast food was all good except the french toast sticks were well over cooked. Staff was not very friendly at all. But BRANDON our waiter was EXCELLENT in ALL ways
