I’ve been on Virgin Voyages at least three× one was a back-to-back cruise… I have a ton of food, allergies. At our very first restaurant for dinner, they seated us, helped me order and then set up a meeting with the food service/restaurant manager, who took down all of my allergies and shared it with every restaurant… I didn’t get sick once. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we’ve had a great time on every single cruise.

Loved it so much I can't wait to go back! Food was amazing, loved the hammock on the balcony! So many things that topped other cruises I have been on.

Amazing Time in Alaska
Had an amazing time on the Brilliant Lady in Alaska. This was an offer offer match comp that was arranged by UrComped. The ship was fantastic, clean and service was fantastic. This was by FAR the best experience I've had with the staff in the Casino. They were all so friendly, drinks didn't take long at all to receive. I even hit a very nice $1600 Major. Hopefully I earned enough points to go on another adventure booked with Urcomped. Thanks again for an outstanding time!! Geri was my Urcomped host.

Everything about the cruise was amazing.. The only complaint was not being able to play in the casino the final night due to returning early due to medical emergency. Happy we were able to get the Sailor the helped they need in the end. Life is more precious that anything else.
